The Hmong Women’s Empowerment Program is a culturally focused initiative that aims to uplift, educate, and empower women and girls in our communities and beyond, though traditions and culture. It promotes leadership development, health, education, economic opportunities, and cultural preservation.

Hmong Women’s Empowerment Program seeks to create a safe and supportive environment for personal growth, intergenerational connections, and community leadership.

Goals and Objectives:

To empower Hmong women to lead healthy, independent, and engaged lives while honoring their cultural identity.

Sustainability:

The Hmong Women’s Empowerment Program aims to strengthen community capacity by supporting Hmong women to serve as peer educators, mentors, and advocates. We will pursue additional funding through local grants, community sponsorships, and in-kind contributions. Collaborating with local health centers, schools, and cultural organizations will help ensure the program’s sustainability over the long term.

The Hmong Women’s Empowerment Program will create meaningful change by centering Hmong women’s voices and leadership in addressing the needs of their communities. Through culturally responsive programming and collaborative action, we can bridge generations and support the growth of resilient, healthy, and empowered Hmong women.
